Alguien Tiene Que Morir is a conceptual installation that places a difficult question on the table: what would your last meal be before dying? A living work inspired by death row prisons in the United States, where inmates sentenced to death are granted the choice of a final meal. The installation translates this prison context into the setting of a formal dinner through a deliberate juxtaposition of materials. Metal surfaces contrast with sheer fabric veils that obscure the view across the table, creating a more intimate and introspective experience for each participant. Dim lighting generates faceless silhouettes, accompanied by still-life elements and moss, all in dialogue with tableware designed exclusively for this piece.
